During this unique production dozens of actual handgun incidents were dramatized and recreated. Solution: Produce a film with actor/producer Michael Douglas and the New York City Police Department. Distribute the film to television networks. Result: The completed film has won awards at the New York International Film and Television Festival and has given gun owners and students life-saving information about handgun safety.
